FastLending.com was formed in 2016 as a successor to East Carolina Financial, Inc. by partners Rich Balot, Dave Balot and Craig Walker. We are licensed throughout most of the US making business partnerships easier and faster.
Our experienced executive team has over 75 years combined experience in consumer and commercial banking, consumer lending, retail operations and software development.
Meet Our Executive Team
Rich Balot, CEO – 20+ years as an innovative, market-niche creating entrepreneur. Rich also currently serves as CEO of Victra, a company he created and built from a single store to over 1,000 Verizon stores nationwide. Rich also is a managing member of ABC Family real estate, a diversified residential/commercial real estate property holding company. Rich is active in many philanthropic organizations in North Carolina and across the country. Rich holds a BS in Business Administration from East Carolina University.
Bradley Creech, CAO & COO – 20+ years in Financial Services focused on loan origination and servicing as well as financial analysis and credit policy. Bradley holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from East Carolina University.
James Swafford, CTO – 20+ years in Information Technology, with a focus on software development. James has worked on several projects across a broad spectrum of industries and has served in a number of leadership positions. James holds BS and MS degrees in Computer Science from East Carolina University. James is a US Navy Veteran of six years and a volunteer for the last 10 years in the Boy Scouts of America.
